The first Dog Cafe in Europe !
Every year, nearly 60,000 dogs are abandoned. This is huge and this is why the Waf is mobilizing to adopt as many dogs as possible and raise awareness about thoughtful adoption.
From chihuahuas to Bernese Mountain dogs, we take them all as a foster family as long as they are sociable with their fellows and a little also with humans.
Since the creation of the Waf, 4 years ago, more than 80 dogs have walked on our soil and participated in our walks before finding a loving home!
We are foster families for several associations, such as Réflexe Adoption or the Ligue Protectrice des Animaux, Action Adoption or Beagle en Nord!
But how does an adoption go?
At the Waf you cannot leave with a dog the same day you come, you must establish an adoption file with the association, which will choose a file and organize a pre-home visit before finalizing the adoption!
By the time they find a family, abandoned dogs come to the waf with their friends rather than to the kennel - the atmosphere is downright cooler and above all it allows you to meet them in great conditions!

BEANS
This is Beans ! It's a Beagle and not a Bagel… Yeah everyone gets it wrong all the time, but at the same time it's normal because if anything defines Beans it's food! Actually even what's what cannot be eaten… Second thing your need to know about Beans he needs love and kisses and hugs everyday. So if you pass in front of the Waf come and take your dose of love for the day
PATATE
Here's Patate, our beloved mascot. Patate arrived as a baby in the Waf, he was found in an Ikea Bag in a street with his brothers and sisters. His siblings, all cutes like heaven, were immediately placed in foster care and and we adopted Patate !
JO
Jo is a survivor, accompanied by his friend Engie, they were found hanging in a forest with others dogs. Its story continues with the pound and the LPA, touched by his story, we took Engie and Jo’ as a host family. Engie has found his family and comes back to Daycare from time to time, as for Jo ’he stays at the Waf
GYPSIE
Gypsie has finally found her place as Wafette! This is our cake granny, as sweet and cuddly as she is grateful to the young wafous who are a little too playful! Her fiery gaze bewitched us!
